Passions
Cyclocross - Take one road bike, add a dash of knobbies, and attend races in the heart of winter. This is no traction, dexterity necessary, high intensity racing for 60 minutes
Vintage Cars - Our red ‘65 Porsche 912 is a passion, but mostly an incessant nuisance, as we do our best to keep it on the road. If it weren’t this car, it would be a ‘65 Giulia Ti.

Skills
2. Ideate - If you can't dream it, then it's going to be hard to differentiate yourself. Put aside the data, and tap into the emotion of your consumers and their needs
4. Strategize - Understand the audience, the journey, the market, and the product. If you can; then success will come, customers will grow, and momentum will be a thing
6. Execute - Hold on to your integrity and your instincts, pair them with the needs of your organization, and then recruit a great team, and trust the plan
1. Lead - Be a great. Let your people grow, give them the opportunity and safe space to take big swings. Use data and drive meaningful durable decisions. Let the brand be the north star.
3. Plan - short term or long term, without a plan, there is no strategy. Being OCD at work is a good thing, and there is never too much preparation or communication
5. Design - Once you have the product, then your strategy and content need to be magnetic. Content will always be king, and a great culture, strong team, and dynamic leadership will produce great results
